Simplifying complex election platforms for citizens, policymakers and government officials.
The Challenge
The Flemish Government required improvements to multiple election-related platforms supporting the 2024 elections.
Existing workflows relied on manual processes, fragmented information structures and complex regulations, increasing the risk of errors and user confusion.
My Approach

What I do.
I review digital products with fresh eyes and a critical perspective. By analysing user journeys, interaction patterns and usability issues, I uncover the friction that slows people down and the opportunities that often go unnoticed. The result is a clear set of recommendations that helps teams improve usability, customer experience and business performance.
