I'm Frank, a Lead UX Designer with 16+ years of experience helping organisations turn complexity into products people actually understand.
My Story
Over the past 16+ years, I've worked on digital products, services and platforms used by thousands—and sometimes millions—of people.
From government platforms and logistics solutions to HR software and educational initiatives, I've learned that most products don't have a design problem.
They have a clarity problem.
Teams often know where they want to go, but struggle to align business goals, user needs and technical realities.

I combine UX strategy, research, service design and interaction design to help teams make better product decisions with confidence and direction.
Sharing Knowledge
Besides my role as Lead UX Designer at Loket.nl, I actively contribute to workshops, mentoring and Design Thinking initiatives.
One example is the Digital Talent Masterclass at the University of Antwerp, where students worked on real-world business challenges and learned how to use Design Thinking to tackle complexity.
Helping others grow has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
